There’s a lot happening at ELMO right now, with new products launching and existing ones being refreshed. Behind every release, we always go back to this question: how do we help HR teams spend less time on admin and more time supporting their people? We landed on three key areas:

Connecting workforce insights to action, faster

Salary Intelligence

Pay decisions are some of the most consequential calls HR makes. But for most teams, salary benchmarking still consists of manual research, expensive third-party data subscriptions or educated guesswork.

Salary Intelligence changes all that. Career Explorer 

Upskilling, cross-skilling or reskilling employees is also one of the key challenges HR professionals face, according to the 2026 HR Industry Benchmark Report. We’ve designed Career Explorer to help solve for this. 

With Career Explorer, employees are empowered to take ownership of their career direction and map their capability gaps against the roles they want now or in the future. For managers, this means clearer visibility into employee fit and gaps.

The compliance burden of hiring has mostly required a separate vendor, workflow and invoice. Employment Checks, powered by Referoo, brings all of this into ELMO Recruitment

AI-powered personalised learning paths in ELMO Learning 

Turning a capability gap into a meaningful learning experience has always required some manual effort. Not anymore. We’re giving you time back with AI-powered personalised learning paths inside ELMO Learning.

  • Generate a complete, structured 4,500–6,000 word learning experience within seconds, the moment a capability gap is identified.
  • Each path is built around the employee’s specific gap, current proficiency and target requirements: core concepts, practical exercises, case studies, reflection prompts and a manager discussion guide.
  • Do all of this in one place, without leaving ELMO.

Mobile learning is now more accessible

We’ve made mobile learning more accessible to allow employees and managers to review and track their learning on the go. Course catalogue browsing, search, file uploads and push notifications for learning and surveys are now live on the ELMO mobile app. Download the app on Apple App and Google Playstore.

Face 2 Face session booking will also be our priority for Q1 in FY27, to allow workers in healthcare, retail, hospitably to find a session, book it, see it in their calendar, and mark it complete. Stay tuned for more. 

Refining ELMO for HR practitioners and managers across Australia and New Zealand 

On top of new releases, we’ve also been working on current features to make the ELMO experience more intuitive and easy for HR teams in ANZ.
