Joseph Lyons, Chief Executive Officer at ELMO Software

Joseph is responsible for accelerating the next stage of the ELMO’s growth in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, as well as Breathe HR in the UK. Before ELMO Software, Joseph was Managing Director at Xero, leading sales, partner, customer, product, marketing, technology and communications teams.

Josh McKenzie, Chief Technology Officer at ELMO Software

With over two decades in tech and a robust background in FinTech, Josh leads ELMO’s technical strategy and product suite delivery, merging his passion for innovative solutions with a proven ability to align tech initiatives with business goals, all while holding an academic foundation in Computer Science and an MBA.

Sarah Dart, Chief Customer Officer at ELMO Software

Sarah leads ELMO’s customer-centric growth, blending her dedication to customer success with vast enterprise SaaS experience to execute strategies that drive efficiency, growth, and technological advancement, ensuring a transformative experience for all stakeholders in our ecosystem.

Emily Connell, Director of Client Services at ELMO Software

Emily brings six years of experience in client services at ELMO, playing a pivotal role in strategic planning, service enhancements, and overseeing day-to-day operations of key partnerships to serve our extensive customer base. She is responsible for supervising full-cycle implementations of ELMO, from requirements gathering and development through QA/UAT to project completion.

Prabal Soans, Vice President of Services at ELMO Software

Prabal has over two decades of experience in designing and executing HRIS strategy for various ANZ businesses. With extensive experience in Payroll and HR Software implementation and knowledge on best practice adoption methods, he leads our services division ensuring our implementation, training and support offerings provide a transformative experience for all stakeholders in our ecosystem.
