How Aotearoa New Zealand Employees Really Feel About Work, Wellbeing and AI

Around one in eight New Zealand employees, equivalent to around 312,000 workers, would now turn to AI for help before asking a manager or colleague. Based on a survey of 528 New Zealand workers, the latest ELMO Employee Sentiment Index reveals a workforce adopting AI quickly, but there’s a gap between expectation and support.
