Anne brings more than 20 years of experience helping organisational growth through transformation, leadership development, and culture change across the technology, healthcare, financial services and professional services sectors.

Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff at Salesforce and previously as Senior Director of Employee Success, leading large-scale talent and leadership development programs across ANZ and Asia. Her experience in building high-performing teams and shaping future-ready strategies aligns perfectly with ELMO’s next phase of growth.

At ELMO, Anne will lead the next chapter of the company’s people strategy, guiding its transformation through AI and advancing its ‘Customer Zero’ approach – deepening ELMO’s connection with customers and the broader HR community.

ELMO CEO Joseph Lyons said, “Anne’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for ELMO, as we continue to expand our footprint across ANZ and the UK. Anne is passionate about building strong teams and practical people strategies that lift performance and strengthen culture. That experience couldn’t be a better fit for where ELMO is headed next.”

Speaking on her appointment, Anne Tosky said, “What excites me most about joining ELMO is the opportunity to empower the HR community with technology that makes work better for people. The work we’re doing with AI is not just exciting; it’s shaping the future of our profession.”

ELMO has also recognised high-performing internal talent, promoting Justin Meier to Head of Talent, Capability and Workplace Experience and Helen Tran to Head of P&C Business Partnering.

Helen’s leadership will be central as ELMO scales in its core markets, while Justin will focus on attracting, developing and retaining top talent, and building internal AI readiness and capability.

Lyons added: “This is a phenomenal time of growth and progress for ELMO. With Anne’s leadership and Helen and Justin’s expanded roles, we’re accelerating our ability to support our people, strengthen our culture, and deliver on our commitment to innovation.”
