In the past three months two in five New Zealanders have felt burnout (40%), with employees in enterprise-sized organisations of 2,000+ employees more likely to report burnout compared to those in mid-sized organisations or small-to-medium-sized businesses.

That’s according to the ELMO Employee Sentiment Report – a nationwide survey commissioned by ELMO Software to gain an insight into the actions, attitudes and behaviours of New Zealand workers. The report provides a quarterly analysis of the prevailing sentiment within the workforce to track changes in perceived job security and the employment landscape.
