It creates clear contextual salary ranges and bands so you can set fair, competitive pay and design teams to budget in moments.
Broad salary data subscriptions provide general market benchmarks. ELMO’s Salary Intelligence adds your business context including the role description, industry and location and combines it with real-time, anonymised ELMO data for contextual salary ranges.
Because Salary Intelligence is built into ELMO, you can also compare your roles with the market more easily, in the same system you already use to manage your people and positions.
Salary Intelligence features up-to-date market data, so they can move quickly when setting budgets, creating new roles or reviewing existing ones. Using current market signals and anonymised ELMO data, it applies your business context to improve the quality of the role match. Each benchmark also includes confidence signals and AI reasoning for review. If there is limited data for a role, you can see that quickly and carry out further research where needed.
Ask your ELMO administrator to assign the Salary Intelligence security profile to your user account. Once it’s assigned, Salary Intelligence will appear in your side navigation bar, so you can open it and start analysing roles and viewing salary benchmarks. For setup details, visit the Help Desk.
Salary Intelligence is designed for HR, recruitment and remuneration teams that need a practical way to benchmark new roles, review salary bands, compare internal pay and support leadership conversations.
Salary Intelligence combines publicly available market signals, customer context such as role description, location and industry, and aggregated, anonymised data derived from ELMO data. This derived data is transformed so it cannot identify customers or individuals and no customer data is shared with model providers.
ELMO Recruitment includes AI-assisted job ad creation and candidate screening, interview guides, configurable forms, recruitment and requisition workflows, employment checks, an agency dashboard, digital contracts, talent pools, reporting and integrations through a Candidate API.
Salary Intelligence is now available for Australian customers and supports full-time roles only. It will be available for New Zealand customers soon.
